These terms govern the use of our services in the field of design and interior design. By booking a workshop or course, you agree to the following rules.
These terms of use apply to all workshops, courses, and creative design services offered by Raumgestaltung. The subject is the execution of design workshops and interior design courses aimed at promoting creativity and design skills. No guarantee of success for the techniques learned is provided.
Registration for a workshop or course is binding via our website or by email to info@londonplanters.com. Participation is only possible after full payment of the course fee. We reserve the right to cancel courses if the number of participants is too low; in this case, the fee will be fully refunded.
Participants undertake to treat the premises and materials with care. Copyrights to their own designs remain with the participant, unless otherwise agreed. The use of photo or video recordings during the courses requires the prior consent of all involved.
We are only liable for damages caused by our intentional or grossly negligent behavior. We assume no liability for damage to or loss of items brought along. Participation in practical exercises is at your own risk; we recommend private liability insurance.
Cancellation of participation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the course starts. In the event of later cancellations or non-attendance, the full course fee will be charged. We may terminate the use of our services at any time if participants violate these terms or disrupt the course atmosphere.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. The current version is available on our website. Should a provision be invalid, the remainder of the terms shall remain valid. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Raumgestaltung in Göttingen.
